Can I use it on sensitive skin?

It was non-irritant in a 48-hour patch test and contains no alcohol or silicone. The formula contains fragrance, so if your skin is sensitive, try it on a small area first.

Can I use it during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

The formula uses three UV filters approved in Europe (Uvinul A Plus, Uvinul T 150 and Tinosorb S) and contains no oxybenzone. It has not been tested specifically on pregnant or breastfeeding women, so please check with your doctor before use.

How often should I reapply?

Reapply about every 2-3 hours outdoors, and after wiping off sweat.

Why doesn't it feel heavy?

The formula is alcohol-free and silicone-free. Silica, rice bran wax and corn starch give a dry, powder-soft finish.

Can I wear it under makeup?

Yes. Apply it as the last step of your skincare and let it set before foundation or powder. The dry, matte layer helps control oil, so foundation is less likely to break up and makeup stays fresh.

Is it water-resistant?

No. The formula is designed for a light, dry feel and is not intended for swimming or heavy sweating.

What is your return policy?

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong item, contact us within 15 days of delivery with a photo or an unboxing video. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping. Refunds go to your bKash or bank account within 7 working days after we receive the returned item. Does it sting the eyes?

The formula was tested for eye tolerance in a laboratory cell model in France (Cosmepar, 2026) and classified as low cytotoxicity. Some customers with sensitive eyes have still reported stinging, so if your eyes are sensitive, avoid applying it around the eye area. If it gets into your eyes, rinse with clean water.
